Have you visited the Park Issa surgery in Oswestry recently? If you have, I hope you have completed our customer satisfaction survey. We are always striving to improve our service and one of the ways we can do this, is by finding out what you think of us! The touch screen computer survey will be in place for a month to try to get a cross section of views about the practice, so if you would like to add your comments please pop into the surgery and make your comments count. The survey is very easy to complete and only takes a couple of minutes, but if you haven't time to take part at the surgery, then you can take part on line. Just visit www.vetsurvey.co.uk?parkissavets  and you can fill in exactly the same survey. The survey will also return later in the year, so if you are too busy at the moment- don't worry you will get another opportunity at the end of the summer.
