Michelle joined Park Issa in January 2005, then qualified in 2008, stepping up to head nurse in 2009.
Michelle's favourite part of her job is working along side an amazing team, nursing the inpatients and has a keen interest in wildlife.
In her spare time, Michelle and her partner are kept busy by their two young children and family life.
However, when she does have some spare time to herself she enjoys shopping, socialising with friends and countryside walks with her dogs.
